HEALTH PROBLEMS

1) Lack of vigor & vitality ( Fatigue)

Sexual vitality is a vital factor to lead pleasing & healthy successful sexual life. Some time people lose their sexual vitality due to change in lifestyle, physical illness, mental disorder and emotional problem. Both physical and psychological disturbance can be responsible for the weakness leading to unhealthy & unhappy life.

2) General Debility

General debility refers to the lack of strength and energy in a person. This refers to general weakness and inability to perform day-to-day functions smoothly.

Weakness is the most common symptom. The person feels weak but has no concrete measurable loss of strength. There may be total body weakness or the weakness or pain may be localized to certain areas like a neck, shoulders, arm, back, limb, a side of the body etc.

Causes

There are various causes as appended which can lead to general debility.

a) If a person doesn't eat properly he or she may develop general debility.

b) Shortage or lack of food is one of the most common reasons for general debility.

c) General debility is also caused by mental stress.

d) Having a cough and cold very often makes a person weak, resulting in lack of strength.

e) Rigorous work might also lead to lack of strength in the human body.

3) Lack of vigor & vitality due to diabetes

Diabetes can affect the quality of life for men & women alike especially the Sexual Health. The problems may range from Loss of Vigor and Vitality, Erectile Dysfunction in Men or Lack of Vaginal Lubrication in Women. Since Diabetes is known to narrow down the walls of the arteries, it makes the person prone to heart disease and less inclined to sex.

4) Lack of vigor & vitality due to blood pressure

High blood sugars can damage the nerves causing a reduced level of blood flow to the genitals. This may quite often result in impotence.
